■ Career & Activities
Suhyun Park received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Ewha Womans University, Seoul, Korea in 1999 and 2001, respectively. From 2001 to 2004, she was a Software Engineer in Mediaexcel, Texas, USA. In 2008, she received the Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, USA. From 2008 to 2011, she was a Scientist/Electrical and Systems Engineer in the Imaging Technology group of the GE Global Research Center in New York, USA. In 2012, she joined the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Korea, as a Research Staff member. Since 2017, she has been with Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea, where she is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Her research interests include bio-signal/imaging systems and analysis, beamforming for array sensors, deep learning for image reconstruction, and ultrasound related applications including bio and all other fields.
