Research Description
By exploring the properties of light, materials, and their interactions, the Choi lab invented, discovered or pioneered optical coherence tomography, full-field optical coherence microscopy, optical microangiography, photo-thermal microscopy and their applications in imaging tissue morphology, tissue blood microcirculation (brain, skin, retina etc.), and nanomaterials.
